Quasar® small molecule fluorescent dyes have been modified to make them more water soluble than other organic dyes. This enhanced compatibility with protein-labeling methods provides a consistently-labeled, more stable conjugate with enhanced signal-to-background ratio.

Quasar® Dyes can be used in both TR-FRET and Fluorescence Polarization (FP) assays.

Q665WS ⇒ Europium chelates
Q565WS ⇒ Terbium chelates

Both graphs are results from Europium-based TR-FRET assays.
